Pro-active feeding support

As part of our universal service all parents will receive a phone call from one of our peer supporters when your baby is around 3 weeks old. The practitioner will offer proactive, personalised feeding support and practical advice.

Our last fussy eating facilitator workshop is 23/12/25. NOTICE From 23rd December, facilitator-led workshops will no longer be available. A pre-recorded version will be uploaded soon. Please check back for updates.

Healthier Habits (formerly poppy)

This is a referral in via any 0-19 practitioner. This is targeted at overweight children aged 1-6. Children are to be added to the waiting list named 2.Healthier Habits with an explanation in the notes.

This 1:1 sessions offers support to families with advice on healthy eating habits, physical activity, confident parenting and emotional wellbeing.

This session is held virtually on a 1:1 basis with one of our practitioners. The session will last no longer than 45 minutes. This is choose and book but by invite only, please  ring 0300 303 0916 to book a place.
