Sleep Workshops

Virtual Sleep Workshop – MS Teams

Welcome to our Sleep workshop, for children aged 1-5 years, which will be held via Microsoft Teams Bookings. During the workshop we hope to be able to support you with information and advice to support your children’s sleep routine. Following this workshop, resources will be provided to help you implement the advice and get back in touch with the service should onward support be required.
Please note these clinics are only available to families who are registered as living in Stockton.

Face to Face Sleep Workshop 1-5 Years old

Preparing for Toileting – MS Teams

Welcome to our workshop. These sessions are aimed at parents of children to increase awareness of toileting and how to prepare their child to be ready to gain independence with toileting. Parent/carers are expected to attend for the full session to gain all the information and advice required. Following this workshop, resources will be provided to help you implement the advice and get back in touch with the service should onward support be required.
